Inspired: We Fund Impact

Big prep for new brand partners & some little adjustments to keep things running smooth!

It’s time and we’re ready! We’ve spruced up some visuals to introduce our newest cause area.

Chapter 2: Inspired Action Against Inequality & Injustice

This update has some of the prep work included for some big things we have coming. Also a couple of our banking partners are adjusting their authentication process, so we've completed the changes they require in this update too. More to come... very soon!!

This update comes with little tweaks here and there, as well improvements that allow us to support the causes that need us most during this unprecedented time.

Just a little update this time around for you:

- Updated wording in a few areas for clarity
- Addressed a bug that was occasionally displaying a random screen ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
- Sprinkled a little magic dust to keep things running smooth

This update comes packed with fixes, adjustments and cleanup. Here’s the laundry list of things we’ve tackled in this update:

• We've made some major upgrades behind the scenes to our navigation. Getting around the app should be much smoother.
• If your cards get disconnected, we've now made it easier to reconnect from the Card tab — we’ll also now notify you when this happens.
• We’ve made design updates to help make managing your card(s) easier.
• We cleaned up the way Touch ID gets triggered — it should now be easier to quickly log back into the app.
• We fixed an issue causing some merchant logos not to show up under your donation list.

Getting back into the app should be much easier after this update! We've made some adjustments to help keep you logged in for a longer period of time — now nothing should get in the way of you checking how many lives you're changing each day. :) Additionally, we've packed in another handful of important behind-the-scenes improvements to keep Inspired running smoothly.

We're back from SXSW but those feel-good Austin, Texas vibes are still running through our veins! Check Instagram (@inspired) for all the behind-the-scenes action of our trip.

Even though we were out on the road this past week, we didn't stop making Inspired better. Here are a few things you'll notice with this update:
- When projects are 100% funded, the notification you get will now link you to the given project.
- We put in a fix to remove the white bar that would sometimes show up at the top of the screen when browsing around the app
- We fixed an issue where some past projects weren't showing the goal and donation amounts

Over the next few updates, we'll be dropping in some fresh new vibes to keep you Inspired! Here's what you can catch in this first drop:
• Our welcome screen and linked accounts have been given a little love and a slightly new design
• Sparked donations will begin showing more store & brand logos so you can easily recognize the places you're going that help you do good
• Pending sparked donations have been simplified to make it easier to see how many you have coming up
• Editing your profile should now be easy and clear

That, along with some behind the scenes work, makes up our first drop. More good stuff on its way soon! See you at the next update.

We added in some magic (our fancy way of saying "code") to help keep Inspired running smoothly.

We've got updates! Here’s what to expect in this new version:

• Brand Collaborations & Donation Matching — We’ve begun teaming up with brands you love to change the world! In select projects, you’ll begin seeing brands that are involved in helping support and/or fund the given project.
• Making “Cents” of Things — We previously rounded project totals to the nearest dollar, but going forward, you’ll be able to track funding progress to the exact cent!
• Pending Donations — We’ve added a small badge in your current project to let you know when have sparked donations that are still pending.
• The Usual Cleanup — We’ve also fixed a few minor bugs and cleaned up a few small UI issues around the app.

We have a BRAND NEW LOOK to our Project Pages coming your way in this update. Here's what you can expect:

• Simplified Layout — a cleaned up design will allow you to better digest the details of a project
• Project Images — much crisper & clearer with no more dark overlay covering them
• Funding Progress — an improved layout to see the funding goal and progress of a project
• Charity Logos — you can now see the charity that will receive the donations you're sparking
• Thank You & Follow-Up Letters — Once a project is funded, you'll begin seeing letters from the people you're impacting, right on the project page!

Along with the new Project Page, we've also made a few fixes and adjustments around the app:
• Adjusted push notifications to be more purposeful in keeping you up-to-date with the good you're doing!
• Fixed an issue causing some screens to go gray and not load
• Fixed an issue with project images not scrolling

We polished up a few things behind the scenes to make Inspired even better.

We have a handful of fixes and adjustments coming your way in this update. Here's what you can expect:
• Pending donations! On your dashboard, you can now preview which of your recent spending will be sparking free donations.
• Tap and share from the Invite screen! We fixed an issue that wasn't allowing some people to invite others.
• Optimized layouts for iPhone X
• A few tweaks to our design and animations that make the app a little smoother
• A few technical adjustments to help the app perform better
