We're excited to introduce new features and accessibility enhancements in this update to make your experience with our app even better!
Individual PIN Codes
Now you have more control over your locks' security settings. With this update, you can add and update individual pin codes for enhanced privacy and protection:
Enabled ability for unit doors to have more than one door pin code per smart lock, up to 5 smart locks
Pin length to increase to six digits in place of four for increased security
Residents on the lease can now reset their pin codes in the Resident App
Property Mangers can now assist with resetting resident door codes
Disabled the Roommate feature that gives roommates the ability to change or update PIN codes
Disabled the “Unit Code” concept in Door Pin Code scheme and visibility of door codes (ONLY visible to residents for privacy and security)
