About Ipoint Timesheets
You no longer need to take paper timesheets with you to submit your hours for Pulse AHP and Psychological Therapies. Download the ipoint Timesheet app to submit all your hours quickly and efficiently. Get your timesheet signed digitally on your app by the authoriser, so you never need to carry a paper timesheet again.
Add, edit and review your hours worked before handing over your device to get your timesheets signed. On submission, Pulse will instantly receive your timesheet details and process it for payment.
Bonus features:
- You can send a digital copy of your timesheet straight to the authoriser – No more photocopying!
- You can submit without an authoriser’s signature if you don’t work on site with them. You consultant will still need to obtain a signature from them, but will do the chasing for you.

We have improved the app so that you can get your timesheets approved even when your authoriser isn't on site. With the latest update, you can use the app to send your timesheet directly to an authoriser.
On the 'Approve timesheet' page, simply add the authoriser's email address
They will receive a PDF copy of your timesheet

Ensure that you have created your timesheets for the week in advance, by adding your usual work pattern. From here on, you can use the app even when it’s offline; you can still edit worked hours and submit your timesheet for the client/authoriser to sign. Any timesheets submitted without an internet connection will be stored, ready to send to your agency the next time you open your app with signal.
