About iProgram
So you want to be an iPhone programmer? You want to make your iPhone dance to your own tune. iProgram is the road that you want to travel.
iProgram consists of projects/tutorials that explain how to develop all sorts of functionality for iPhone and iPod Touch programming. Each project consists of a comprehensive step-by-step tutorial that tells you not only what to do, but why you need to do it. Screen captures enhance and explain the programming process along the way. Each project also includes a documented, working Xcode project that accompanies and implements the step-by-step instructions.
iProgram's projects do assume some beginning knowledge of object-oriented programming. They explain OOP concepts from the ground up, however, and are written much as they would be written for a college class (which is exactly what they were initially written for -- the Mississippi State University iPhone Programming classes).
Try out iProgram's free projects -- see if they help you. If they do, additional projects are available within the application for a nominal charge.
When you first run iProgram, you will need to enter your email address. Be sure to type your correct email address, and type it correctly, because that is where iProgram will deliver any projects that you request.
If you have any questions or feedback, please feel free to contact rodney.pearson@msstate.edu.
