Team notifications via social media through Facebook, email or text messaging are now accessed by tapping the purple team icons.

- Resolved an issue that caused the app to sign out users after each session. To balance security and convenience the app now lets users remain signed in for 30 days.
- Re-enabled twice-daily push notifications that alert users when they have new messages
- Rename "Enrollers Club" to "Team Builders Club"
- Fix issue where members were seeing $projectname$ for push notifications
- Fix display issue for Cycle Status where the remaining BV values were being concatenated. (iOS 9.0+ only)

Fixed an issue where the Double PIB bonus language for a member notification can be misleading as it does not explicitly state that the bonus amount is a total. If the member gets several notifications within a week, they may believe them to be separate amounts. Also, completed various security and performance enhancements.
