About i-TAPS
When using i-TAPS® for the first time, contact Tata Power Solar via email at ITAPS@TATAPOWERSOLAR.COM, to receive username and password for using the app.
No matter where you are, i-TAPS lets you see real-time solar plant performance parameters, historical data for analysis and maintenance. You can view multiple aspects of solar generation like inverter performance, energy meter readings, solar irradiance, utility supply downtime, ambient temperature, etc. If multiple solar plants are registered to the same client then all of them can be monitored in the app.
The following are the key features:
- Units of energy delivered by each solar inverter or by the entire plant of inverters. This data can be monitored on daily/monthly/yearly basis.
- The time during which supply from electrical utility company has been unavailable (Grid Downtime). This information is available on a daily basis.
- Solar power generated by each solar inverter or by the entire plant of inverters. Total solar plant irradiance can also be monitored and compared with generated power.
- Export of solar energy to the utility network. This information is obtained from energy meter connected at the point of interface between the solar plant and the utility network.
- Centralized overview of the solar power plant
- One-touch feedback/complaint option via the app. You can register the complaint, provide feedback and also refer your friends for availing great solar products and systems from Tata Power.
