iVMS® 5, the award-winning software to efficiently pinpoint and solve issues in the video delivery network, can now be accessed from an iPhone.  iVMS Mobile allows access to an Enterprise iVMS® 5, giving a real-time look into the health of the entire video delivery network and the program availability of each video service delivered to the end consumer.

IneoQuest's iVMS® 5 is the first solution to incorporate Program Availability reporting, a key performance indicator for the quality of video distribution as described in the SCTE 168-6 2010 “Recommended Practice for Monitoring Multimedia Distribution Quality.” It aggregates massive amounts of data into a single, five-nines (99.999%) measurement that gives providers an instant quality of service (QoS) gauge of service delivery. By enabling five-nine metrics on a per-channel basis, service providers can fine tune their network and operations to achieve total control over the video services they are providing, rather than basing their performance on the number of calls to its customer service center.
