Improved brightness slider for zone keypads

A few bug fixes

- iPhone X full screen support
- Fix keypad message “Object reference not set to instance of object” after new installation created
- Fix bug that sometimes caused a local keypad to appear as remote
- Eliminate 10 second delay when attempting to connect to local hub that’s not available
- Only report hub connection error if last attempt fails
- Hub connection failure message will denote local vs remote connection attempt
- On remote access list, show installation name as disabled when its keypads won't' be available due to remote access not being enabled

- “Connection refused” prevented hub connection
- Power button keypad: turn scene off by dragging dimmer to 0, then reactivate with power button turned scene on at 0%. Turn scene on at 100% instead.

- App displays dimmer slider for all keypads that support dimming e.g. for hardware keypads that don't have dimmer buttons
- After the first scene is activated on a keypad, the app leaves dimmer control available for use even when lights are off so the previously active button can be activated at a given dimmer level by tapping the dimmer
- Setting the dimmer to 0 now deactivates the active button
- New user preference for displaying keypad list in hierarchy vs a simple list (defaults to on)
- Add improved graphics for Introduction carousel navigation dots
- Fix cascaded X2 dimmer paddle keypad prevented display of primary keypad buttons

- New Settings-Preferences screen that allows users to customize their app experience
- New user preference that allows users to choose auto-keypad selection (default is on, which selects the last used available keypad as was previously done). If turned off, the app will take user to Keypad Selection screen whenever current keypad is no longer available.
- Updated links to web documents for new Ketra website
- Display website pages in app instead of native browser
- Fix bug that made keypads display "This keypad has no buttons" after a publish

Fix bug that caused X2 dimmer to display 100% when initial value should be zero

- Always present keypad selection list alphabetically, keypads first, labels second
- Internet connection no longer required after first hub connection when hub is on different subnet
- Fix crash when app used with X2 dimmer paddle keypad
- Fix bug that could have allowed an out of date keypad to be shown
- In the keypad selection list, line up the keypad labels underneath the keypad names
- Tapping near the slider end while snap the slider to 100% or 1%.

- Fix bug that kept the last keypad used from always being chosen at startup
- Updated platform infrastructure which resolves time-out problems. These were caused by sockets being closed by the underlying TLS 2.0 implementation when they shouldn’t be.
- Fix crash if app is not fully initialized when device is put to sleep

- When accounts have changed, the app will refresh the installations/keypad data upon return to the Account screen instead of taking you to the Installations screen then returning you to the keypad screen
- Retries to reduce possibility of “took too long” issues
These features require an N4 and Design Studio upgrade, which will be made available soon
Cascaded keypads appear as one keypad
Mirrored keypads appear as one keypad
