OVERVIEW
KidCalc teaches number recognition, counting and math to pre-schoolers, kindergarteners and elementary school aged children using flash cards and puzzle games, with engaging artwork, animation and voice-overs.
KidCalc includes animated addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division lessons. KidCalc is easily configurable to adjust how challenging the counting and math puzzles are, with settings for toddlers learning numbers, for preschoolers learning to add and subtract, and for elementary school aged kids learning to count as high as 1000 and to multiply and divide.
KidCalc is jam packed with features and now teaches the following skills:
• Writing numbers
• Number recognition by sight and sound
• Quantity recognition with icons
• Counting forwards and backwards, with voice-overs, by increments of 1, 2, 3, on up to increments of 100

KNOWN ISSUE: An issue seems to have embarrassingly escaped my testing. My apologies for any inconvenience this causes. If the voice-over setting is changed on the settings screen that is accessed from the main menu, the voice-over selection is not saved.
WORK AROUND: The voice-over selection works in the settings screens accessed from within the learning activities, such as the Math Puzzle, Number Tracing, Calculator, etc. Voice-over selections made anywhere in KidCalc are reflected everywhere. If you find that you have no voice-overs playing, to resolve the issue, please enter a learning activity such as the Counting Puzzle, tap the settings button (the gear), and change the voice-over selection. Finally leave KidCalc by pressing the Home button and then re-launch KidCalc.
UPDATE COMING: Given the above issue, I have made a fix and submitted an update to Apple. Apple's review process has gotten quite fast so an update fixing the above will be available for download likely within 2-3 days. My sincere apologies for any confusion or inconvenience caused by this issue.
