Common Area Work Orders:
- A new feature for owners to view common area work orders has been added for applicable communities. Owners can view and filter existing common area work orders.

Enhanced Filtering Options
- Filtering options for community work orders, community architectural requests, and community violations have been expanded. Users are now able to filter by date or date range. A clear filters button has been added to quickly revert any filters that have been set.

Private Architectural Request Notes
- Board members and committee members can now create private notes for architectural requests in applicable communities.

Day of the week for calendar controls
- Resolved an issue that caused the incorrect day of the week to display when using the calendar controls option within the calendar feature.

-Violations for Caliber users are now more consistent with FRONTSTEPS web portal. Managers and directors with permission can filter violations by date or date range, as well as export violations to CSV and PDF.

Financials:
-Owners and managers can now export transaction history to PDF.

-Resolved an issue that prevented community discussions from refreshing after swiping down.

Mobile Changes

Allow residents to check the boxes for authorized days of the week on Permanent guests. (FSC/DL)
-For communities integrated with FRONTSTEPS Dwelling, owners can select the days of the week for authorized for permanent guests.

Make Bulletins feature and dashboard consistent with web app
-This enhancement provides an improved user experience for managers, directors and owners when creating and viewing bulletins. New icons make bulletins more intuitive and bulletin functionality is more aligned with the FRONTSTEPS Community web portal.

Remove link from managed by section in about page
- A link in the “About” section to the user’s community-specific login page was removed.

Bug fixes

Duplicate reservation submissions possible via mobile app
-In previous versions of the mobile app, a bug allowed users to submit duplicate facility reservations. This improvement restricts reservations for the Guest Suite option to one per day.

A Balance is Displaying on the Mobile App
-For communities with third party accounting providers, the balance owed by owners is properly displayed.

Calendar Events are Displaying on the Wrong Dates/Times
-This improvement to calendar events aligns dates and times of events with those in the FRONTSTEPS Community web portal.

Fix navigation after login
-This improvement removes an unnecessary step in the mobile app login process.

Violations Filter Error
An error in the violations filter in the mobile app is resolved.
For Managers and Directors:
These users can successfully filter and view Community Violations by Status.

Community Reservation Time Slots
Community reservation time slots in the mobile app are displayed properly.
For Managers, Directors and Owners:
In Community Reservations, users can enter a value for # of guests and still view and manipulate reservation time slots.

We're constantly working to improve the KMC-Connect app. In this release:
  * Bug fix for duplicate reservation submissions.
  * Bug fix for Calendar events display on different dates on Mobile than Desktop. 

KMC - Connect is pleased to announce a new Web Apps technology which will provide enhanced stability to the product. In addition, this will make way for improved performance that enables the product to scale for more useful functionality and a superior user experience.
