In preparation for upcoming payment solutions, we’ve updated and added new features to our Payment Gateway.
We’ve simplified the steps to input credit card tips and CC batching, saving users time and effort!
Front End Updates:
Want to quickly find specific menu items when taking orders? Now you can use our menu search field, located at the top of your menu in Lavu POS 5.

We’ve voided orders from CP4 that were showing in Sales Reporting

We’ve added Auth and Reference numbers to the CP4 Payment Report, which will give users more of the payment details they need while doing payment reconciliations.
We’ve done a mandatory update for Denmark processor NETs Payments.
Front End Updates:
We’ve updated our Seat & Course Selection options, allowing users to auto-prompt the seat and/or course selector as soon as the menu item is selected. To use this feature, users will need to go into category details or the item details and toggle it on or off.
Receipts for Lavu Customers in Pakistan can now include invoice numbers, which are a requirement for fiscal reporting in that country.

Timecard Delay: We’ve repaired an issue where timecard reports failed to load in a timely manner when larger date ranges were being pulled.
