The Lexie app is an extension of your Lexie OTC hearing aids, a fundamental part of the Lexie Hearing experience, and a resource that you’ll soon love.
We’ve made it really easy for you to control your hearing aids and listening experience by using the Lexie app on your mobile device to do the following:
• Enable Bluetooth connectivity
• Monitor battery levels
• Easily adjust volume and environment settings
• Video call a Lexie Expert™
• Wear better and pay less with Lexie Rewards®.
• Browse the FAQs to learn more about your hearing health and hearing aids.
Designed with you in mind, the Lexie app doesn’t require special tech skills to make it work. All you need is a smartphone and you’ll be ready to set up your hearing aids in a few, quick steps.
You will have access to the Lexie Blog, a platform that is full of informative articles about hearing loss and hearing health. There are also resources intended for your loved ones, to empower them to give you the support you need.
Please note, the Lexie app is only to be used by people above the age of 18, and for those with Lexie OTC Hearing Aids. Compatible with the following Lexie Hearing aid models:
• Lexie B1 Powered by Bose (Self-Fit OTC Hearing Aids)
• Lexie B2 Hearing Aids Powered by Bose (Self-Fit OTC Hearing Aids)

Lexie B2 hearing aids can now stream phone calls for iPhone®!
Updated: The Lexie app has been updated to enable Lexie B2 customers to stream phone calls. New Lexie B2 customers will be able to stream phone calls once they have downloaded the Lexie app and enable the streaming functionality.
If you currently own a pair of Lexie B2 hearing aids you can contact the Lexie Contact Center and find out how to update your hearing aids to stream phone calls.
Please note this update does not include streaming for music or other media, and is only available to streaming enabled devices.
