This new version offers the ability to switch between online and offline modes. Online mode allows you to interact directly with the guides in the Troubleshoot Advisor. When you switch to offline mode, you can still access the online content, as the synchronization takes place in the background. Once synchronization is complete, the application automatically switches to offline mode.
