Liftari auttaa lukemaan Raamattua säännöllisesti ja myös ymmärtämään luettua kohtaa. Liftarissa Raamatun kirjoja luetaan kokonaisuuksina lyhyt jakso kerrallaan.

Sovelluksessa on joka päivälle raamatunkohta ja siihen liittyvä tiivis selitysteksti ja pari pohdintakysymystä. Kysymyksiä voi miettiä itsekseen tai niitä voi käyttää keskustelukysymyksinä esimerkiksi raamatturyhmässä.
