In addition, the mobile app user can choose to send email communications to unsuccessful candidates (immediately or with a specified time delay).

There are two major improvements in the version:
- Access to Feedback Forms is now possible not only from the Task list, but also from any place where the candidate's profile is visible. In particular, this means that the user can fill out the form while reviewing the list of all candidates or while browsing list of incoming interviews.
- The submission time of the forms has been improved considerably, allowing the forms to be processed in the background in case of a slow internet connection.

Additionally, the way of grouping candidates has been improved. The list of candidates is now organized in such a way that the candidates show up only once in the whole list. If a candidate has two or more selection steps active, the system shows him or her in the group representing the last step opened.
