About MathsDojo-quick math practice
Improve your mental math with the revolutionary Maths Dojo game, for players of all ages. Defeat enemies by answering sums, work your way up to master blackbelt and rebuild the dojos to save the villagers.
Run, unlock, defend and attack to become a master in mental arithmetic. Rebuild and train in dojos to upgrade your powers, eat healthy food to get energy for your runs and use magic along the way.
The game’s arithmetic maths levels start from 5 years old and go all the way to adults. Simply select your age in the app to start at the most appropriate level. The difficulty level of the sums in the game is based on the UK national curriculum suggested ability for each school year.
The story:
Garmaduro, the evil emperor of the dark world has burnt down the village and taken all the villagers hostage… it’s now up to you to save them. You’ll need to go on a range of missions to fight the Emperor’s soldiers and collect materials to repair the village training dojos, working your way from starter to blackbelt, improving your maths skills as you go.
The game play:
At the start of each level you are given three objectives to complete. Enter the battle arena to fight the evil enemies that stand in your way by quickly answering addition, subtraction, multiplication and division questions.
In the battle arena there are five rows of questions to answer, with each correct answer performing an action or giving a reward:
* Punch enemy
* Kick enemy
* Key to open chests
* Block enemy attack
* Stone to rebuild dojos
* Wood to rebuild dojos
Unlocking a chest with one or more keys gives you further items to use, such as:
* Magic to cast attacks on enemies
* Food to increase your energy
* Gold, stone and/or wood
Also, completing each level’s objective rewards you with all three kinds of currencies (gold, wood and stone). Awesome!
After each run you complete in the battle arena you can use the stone and wood you have earned to rebuild the four village dojos, and use your gold to upgrade your fighting and magic skills in the dojos.
With Maths Dojo you WILL become better at mental maths. Playing this engaging game will soon help you to calculate ever-more complex sums in your head in a split second. We’ve tried and tested this innovative approach to improving mental arithmetic ourselves, on our friends and colleagues, and on our own children - all with impressive results.
