About MEBİM

Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı İletişim Merkezi (MEBİM); Basın ve Halkla İlişkiler Müşavirliğimiz bünyesinde öğrenci, veli, öğretmen ve bütün vatandaşlara bilgi edinme, soru, talep, görüş/öneri ve idarî konularda hizmet vermek üzere 1 Mart 2012 tarihinde 100 kişi ile hizmet vermeye başlamıştır.

Açıldığı günden itibaren her geçen gün daha fazla vatandaşımızın İletişim Merkezinden hizmet almak istemesi üzerine çağrı yoğunluğu artmıştır. Vatandaşlarımıza daha hızlı hizmet verebilmek için çalışan sayımız 280’e çıkarılmıştır. İletişim Merkezimiz 280 personeli ile 7 gün 24 saat yurt dışından ve yurt içinden arayan vatandaşlarımıza hizmet vermeye devam etmektedir.

MEBİM faliyetlerini takip edebilmeniz ve görüntülü iletişime geçebilmeniz için hazırlanmış mobil uygulama hizmetidir.
