About Media Pool Mobile
Media Pool Mobile enables your sales team to access, present and share all of your marketing and sales collateral with your customers. It also helps to improve customer engagement and increases the effectiveness of your sales team.
Media Pool Mobile is an optional enhancement for the BrandMaker Media Pool, one of the leading corporate solutions for Digital Asset Management. The mobile app gives sales staff access to digital and multimedia content like images, graphics, adverts, brochures, banners, newsletters, slides, audio files and videos from the Media Pool from a mobile device.
Sales staff can select the content the client is actually interested in from well designed overview menus directly at point of sale (e.g. at trade fairs and events, in outlets and retail stores). The relevant media can be utilized directly during the sales pitch – either online or offline – and digitally forwarded to the customer instantly when required.
The comprehensive solution allows you to directly track the use of media on sales staff's mobile devices and the use of information forwarded to the customer. The relevant media needed for the personal dialog with customers can be found easily. The content is kept up-to-date at all times through centrally managed updates.
Functions for transparently tracking and evaluating actual media usage provide valuable insight into the effectiveness of each individual medium, allowing you to continuously optimize the content and advertising materials supplied. Above all, however, your sales team can pinpoint exactly how far the customer is into the sales process.

New Tab for Contacts
Acquisition, processing and deletion of contacts. The contacts entered are now available in the cloud in the corresponding applications (SEW, MPM).
These contacts replace the local address book on the corresponding device. This means that assets can only be sent to these registered contacts in the SEW/MPM.
The previous statistics overview was removed and replaced by the much better contact statistics overview.

Engagement
The engagement is a relative figure, computed from the number of assets, the number of completed asset views, the number of downloads and the number of pageviews of a contact.
Assets Opened
Number of opened documents. These are all those documents, of which a contact has at least seen one page.
Complete Asset Read
Number of fully read documents. These are all those documents, of which a contact has seen all contained pages at least one time.
Page Views
Number of page views. This is the total number of viewed pages of all documents.
Downloads
Number of downloads of a document through the sharing reader. The click/tap on the button is counted.
Visits
Number of unique visits to the opened documents. A visit is a consecutive row of pageviews which is not interrupted longer than 30 mins.
Reminders sent
Number of email reminders for a sent document which has not been opened by the recipient.
According to the overviews, the asset activity can be viewed for each asset seen by the contact.
New or additional share function
Using the new "Share New Asset" dialog, a personalized link can be shared with external applications such as e-mail.

Improvements
1. The sorting of the reading history has been adjusted. The history sorted by the time the user views the assets.
2. The sorting of search result has been adjusted. Assets are now sorted by their creation date.
3. Portfolio folders are now sorted alphabetically.
4. A verification of disk space was introduced during synchronization. If there is not enough space available for a synchronization, the user receives corresponding information. The last remaining 500 MB are not used and local synchronization is stopped.
Fixed bugs
1. The “Downloaded“ icon was displayed even though the asset hasn’t been downloaded.
2. If the view changed from landscape to portrait for multi-page assets, the user could no longer jump to particular pages.
