Meditation Beats (MediBeats) is the best app for meditation to specific frequencies used throughout history and new ones too! Great for stress relief and healing.
It uses Ancient Tones, Solfeggio Frequencies and special TBSW waves specifically for meditation and healing effects. It Has ALL of the solfeggio frequencies, Schumann resonance frequencies, universal healing frequencies and more.

Years ago, I realized that forest sounds and thunder storms created anxiety for many. Although nature sounds are included, there are specific sounds for city dwellers as well.

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.
Fixed a bug that caused a crash on a few devices.
