Meshwork is an app utilizing Apple's multipeer connectivity framework first introduced in iOS7. Using this technology, users can chat and message offline. This app will work with bluetooth connectivity, even if the user is void of wi-fi or cellular connectivity. This means you can connect with your friends when traveling, on a plane, in the subway, and internationally without requiring a data plan.
