正念心靈系列是為了鼓勵有興趣人士（如兒童）進行正念練習而設立的。

正念(mindfulness)是指活在當下，把注意力放在當下所經歷的狀態及事，並以不批判的態度去察覺內心及周遭所發生的事。練習正念有助舒緩壓力，減少負面情緒，提升專注力, 改善人際關係及提高抗逆力。

此應用程式是為了鼓勵有興趣人士（如兒童）進行正念練習而設立的。即使沒有導師在旁，空閒時亦可隨時隨地練習正念。應用程式設有多個正念練習的引導錄音，使用者可按需要自己選擇自助模式或引導模式。亦會記錄練習狀況和頻率，方便了解自己學習進度和提升練習動機。使用者完成練習後，可隨時向朋友家人分享學習成績。
