My Telenor is your shortcut to a general overview, fast answers, and the best new offers.
This app provides you with several self-service options right when you need them. Keep up to date with your bills and payments, take control of your data usage and buy extra. You might even find a good deal.
- All your subscriptions
Get an overview of your own as well as your family members’ subscriptions. Mobile, broadband and mobile internet can all be found on there. You can also check how much data your kids have left and see when your contract expires.

Navigating your subscriptions, phones and other products from Telenor has never been easier!
This update gives you the tab “Devices”, where you can check which subscription belongs to which phone, how much you have left on your installments, or if you have SkærmSkift.
You’ll find the “Devices”-tab on the home page of My Telenor. It’s located between the tab “Subscriptions” (where you can check your subscriptions) and “Safety” (where you can access NetSikker or NetSikker Plus).
And don’t worry – it sounds a lot more difficult in writing than it is in real life!

This update fixes a bug that luckily only has affected a few of you, but has been quite a big problem for those of you who have experienced it: We’ve had a few business customers who haven’t been able to log in via SMS login. We have fixed that now. Everything else is like it used to be – and for those of you who don’t use My Telenor for business purposes there is no difference at all.

LOGIN HAS JUST BECOME A LOT EASIER!
Welcome to the update you all have been waiting for! My Telenor is changing login method, so you now have to use MitID/NemID. We know you’ve asked for this for a long time, and we have finally been able to make it happen!
What does that mean to you? It doesn’t mean a lot to the things you can use My Telenor for once you have logged in. But the login process itself has become a whole lot easier.
It also means that you’ll most likely have a lot of time on your hands, now that you can just cruise smoothly on the waves of MitID. That’s why we have created a list of hobbies for you to spend your extra time on:
- Find some kittens, film them, post the videos to youtube and wait for the millions of $$$ to roll into your account
- Buy a book (the longer the better). Cut out all the letters and arrange them in alphabetical order
- Learn to make fancy formulas in Excel (unless you know that already)
- Gather a group of friends and start training synchronized parachuting
- Buy a parrot. Teach it how to talk. Make it order you a pizza next time you’re hungover

New things happen in the app! With Telenor Trin you save more, the more you collect - and now we introduce family group in the app, where you can get up to 20% discount with your family. You can view your family group directly in the app and get a simple overview of your Telenor Trin-subscriptions as well as see both your and your family's discount. From the app you can also view, invite and accept invitations.
