Today, when patients are scheduled for procedures, they receive multiple pieces of paper with varying instructions. The MobileSmith Health PeriOp™ app consolidates all relevant procedural information at the patient’s fingertips in a personalized guide. Patients are assigned the PeriOp app by their clinician via the PeriOp Portal.
MobileSmith Health PeriOp™ provides patients step-by-step instructions about these tasks and positive feedback as tasks are completed. It allows for reminders and notifications on a mobile phone for ease of use. Patients can download an appointment to their calendar, can learn about their procedure and understand how best to prepare.
