Completely new app version with lots of improved and new functions

Further analysis of app usage has revealed a performance issue in the dossier and work order flags function. This is fixed with this bug fix release.

Analysis of app usage revealed a performance issue in the "synchronise dossier customers with DMS data" function. Due to the lack of visual feedback when using this function, the function was sometimes used multiple times. In this version, the screen will be blocked as soon as the function is used and will remain blocked until your DMS has returned data.
