mosquito/NET lets you keep track of your sightings of animals, birds and insects, while protecting the health of your local ecosystem in the game and in the real world.

Start by claiming a territory. Now it's your job to protect your turf! Remove any standing water and mosquito larvae you see. You'll need to keep checking back in every few days to keep it safe.

Why do we care about removing standing water? Because it could be a potential mosquito breeding ground. If we remove the areas for mosquitoes that carry deadly diseases then we will reduce the transmission rate of the disease.

Answer inquisitor challenges to show off your knowledge of mosquitos, and get some power-ups for your territory. Keep track of all of your bird and animal sightings in the real world to track the health of the local ecosystem on the map.
