The player can see the movement being learned from 360 degrees while listening to the audio description and practicing the move. If players can "See it" they can "Do it" from 5 years on up. Three subscription levels available: Foundation (8 Skills, 2 Drills), Advanced (9 Skills, 2 Drills), and Premier (11 Skills, 2 Drills) for two genders: boys or girls.

Roster Integration is now available for both Sports Engine and Team Snap team management systems. Coaches can easily import their team roster into MOTI Sports from their team management system and then begin training their players using those login credentials.

- When offline, if you are on multiple teams or have multiple practice plans available, you can now easily choose between them with the ‘Team and Practice Plan’ chooser.
