Barcode Scanning for Preventive Maintenance Requests
Barcode scanning functionality has been expanded in this release so users can now scan barcodes when creating an equipment repair request to automatically filter the equipment to the repair request.

Workspeed Mobile users can now access preventive maintenance requests with a single tap. Previously, some preventive maintenance requests did not load on the first attempt, and users had to navigate back one page and try again.

iPhone users can now create service requests with an apostrophe in the Description field. Previously, when an apostrophe was present, the service request was not created, though it would appear in the History.

The method used for providing in-app notifications in the Workspeed mobile app has been updated to comply with Apple's latest guidelines. The app icon has also been updated.

The big update is here! Welcome to Version X...
We have updated the styling of our app to fit the MRI color scheme. We also have added improved support for iPhone X!
NEW! Mobile Barcode scanning is now available. When looking to complete a preventive maintenance request or repair request, you can now quickly scan an equipment's barcode to find your outstanding jobs for that asset. Please make sure to have that barcode on your equipment's profile in Workspeed!

Picture Capture is now here for Workspeed Mobile! Enjoy better documentation and visibility by taking and attaching a photo right from the mobile app.
When creating a service request, users can—
—take a photo and attach it to the request being created.
