About My Time Off Tracker

My Time Off Tracker is designed to help you quickly check how much time off you have, without needing to sign into any of your business accounts or work portals.

Automatic Accrual:
- Automatically increase your time off weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or yearly.
- Set when your next accrual date is, and the app will add your accrued time and update the next date automatically.
- Set a cap to prevent the time from automatically accruing past a certain amount.
- Keep track of Use or Lose time, by setting a date to use or lose by and a cap to your time off.

Widgets:
- Custom widgets for both the lock screen and the Home Screen.
- See how much time you have off is remaining without even opening the app.
- Widgets match the color theme chosen in the app.

History:
- When you take time off, enter the amount in the app to always know how much time off is left.
- See how much time off you take every month.
- Easily check when the last time you took a day off was.
- Swipe on the entries to delete or edit the entry.
- Reset the history whenever you need.
- View detailed graphs of your time off.

Look Ahead:
- Choose a date in the future to plan ahead.
- See how much time off you will have on that date.

Flexibility:
- Some employers grant sick time and annual time in different time intervals, this app allows you to customize the time you earn your time off.
- Keep track of unique time off you earn that is separate from your annual or sick time.
- Hide the features that you don’t need by turning them off in settings.

- Use or Lose is now implemented! Turn on Use or Lose in settings to enable My Time Off Tracker to automatically keep track of your Use or Lose Time, as well as set a Use or Lose date that will update each year.
-New Graph cards in each page to see how much time off of that category you have used.
-New Graph card in history to show all time off graphed.
-My Time off Tracker is now available on Macs with Apple Silicon!

Changed:
-Tweaked the design of the app slightly to better see and focus on your data.
-Added a reset button to the look ahead card to quickly reset the look ahead back to today.

Lastly, we have decided to make this a free app again, with the option of removing ads, as an In-App purchase. If you have already purchased the app, please reach out to us with proof of purchase, and we can are more then happy to help remove the ads as you have already paid!

- Completely redesigned the structure of the app to now use iCloud to keep your data safe, backed up, and synced across multiple devices. With this update, if you already have set up the app, upon opening the app for the first time you will need to re-enter your Time Off. We apologize for any inconvenience, but know this will be a much better solution moving forward with features and updates.

Now for the fun stuff…
- iCloud support! The app now syncs across both iPhone and iPad, and automatically backs up your data with iCloud turned on your device.
- Widgets! Easily keep track of your time off with widgets for both the Lock Screen and Home Screen.
- Customization! In settings change the color of each page, and that color will sync across devices and widgets. Also you are now able to re-arrange the cards on each page on iPhone.
- Brand new History! Added the ability to edit entries. Swipe right on an entry in history to edit it. Change the amount of time off, date, or category of that entry without having to delete it and re-add it.
- Now can add Annual time or Sick Time off in the main page, just like you could with credit hours.
- New yearly option, on top of weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly for accrual options.
- Simplified onboarding process and cleaned up some wording.
- Brand new iPad app that feels like a native iPad app, using sidebar navigation. (No longer a blown up iPhone app)
