Oklahoma FCCLA

Welcome to the Oklahoma FCCLA mobile app! Everyone is part of a family and Family, Career and Community Leaders of America is the only national career and technical student organization with the family as its central focus. Oklahoma FCCLA members have been making a difference in their families, careers and communities since 1946. Students who are a current or former member of a Family and Consumer Sciences class can become members in the organization. Annual membership is over 12,000 students from 6th grade to adult. Chapters can be found in middle schools, high schools and technology centers.

FCCLA’s mission is to promote personal growth and leadership development through Family and Consumer Sciences Education. Focusing on the multiple roles of family member, wage earner and community leader, members develop skills for life through character development, creative and critical thinking, interpersonal communication, practical knowledge and career preparation. As we work toward the accomplishment of our goals we learn cooperation, take responsibility, develop leadership and give service.

FCCLA promotes community involvement through a variety of exciting programs that builds bridges between school, family, and community.
