About OneContent™ Mobile Deficiency

OneContent™ Mobile Deficiency Completion makes completion of work assignments associated with the medical record more convenient for physicians and clinicians. By delivering powerful functionality to the physician’s mobile device via Wi-Fi or cellular network, OneContent™ Patient Folder work assignments can be completed wherever and whenever it is convenient, greatly improving on turn-around times and work backlogs. This capability helps to improve revenue cycle for hospitals by shortening document completion times, thereby improving efficiency in the bill-to-cash process.

• Ability to complete or decline Physician Query work items
• Ability to complete or decline Acknowledgment work items
• Detailed patient, encounter and medical record information assists in work item completion
• Robust functionality enables physicians to sign and edit documents, decline work items and view pertinent patient demographic data
• Supports all document views
• Built-in security prevents unauthorized access of PHI
• Biometric authentication at login allows users to login with Face ID on iPhone X or Touch ID with supported iPhones and iPads
• Displays the number of outstanding work items on the app icon.
• Improved PIN validation provides a security mechanism to lock a user’s PIN after maximum number of log-in attempts with an invalid PIN.
• Ability to enable certificate pinning, which defends against data communications interception.
• Multi-facility support allows physicians to utilize their personal device for multiple OneContent™ Patient Folder systems
• Privacy Policy Agreement allows user to agree to or decline Privacy Policy terms upon initial app use.

• iOS version 10.3 or newer
• Network connectivity to the OneContent™ Integration Server for your facility; includes cellular network or Wi-Fi access
• A valid physician OneContent™ Patient Folder login; contact your OneContent™ Patient Folder system administrator for details
• Compatibility for all supported OneContent™ Patient Folder versions for Deficiency management feature
• Compatibility for new features Acknowledgments and Physician Queries requires the latest build of OneContent™ versions:
o Acknowledgments- OneContent 17.6.2 or 18.0

McKesson is pleased to announce the release of McKesson Patient Folder Mobile Deficiency Completion™ v.1.1.3 which provides the following enhancements.
• The MPFMD release 1.1.3 is branded with a new name: McKesson Patient Folder Mobile Deficiency Completion. This name aligns with the overall naming of future Patient Folder products.
• A privacy policy is included which describes our practices related to the use, storage and disclosure of information collected from or about you in the course of providing scheduling services through our McKesson Patient Folder Mobile Deficiency Completion (MPFMD) App.
• The warning message displayed when the app connects to a server running a different version of software has been limited to a single display instance. Previously the message displayed every time a session initiated.
• Minor bug fixes.

• For Patient Folder systems utilizing document name and subtitles to identify specific documents within a document type, HPFMD now supports the view of document subtitles in the document list greatly improving on timely access †
• For physicians that admit patients to multiple hospitals, HPFMD now supports the ability to embed the hospital logo in the account selection screen improving ease of use †
• Taking advantage of enhanced iOS UI designs, HPFMD now provides enhanced page navigation (page swipe animation) and consolidated data views when used with the iPad
• For customers that utilize larger color images, HPFMD has been optimized with viewing options that greatly improve performance to the end user †
• Full support for iPhone 5 and new iPad with Retina display
• Native application support for English-US, English-UK, Spanish, French, and German languages †
