AR Video Calling:
Both the technicians and customers connect via OneXR Lens mobile app where the technicians view real-time video feed from the customer's smartphone.
AR annotations:
Technicians assist the customers by adding AR annotations to the video stream such as: Pointers/Markers (Arrows, Finger pointing, circles, squares and more), Doodles (AR scribbling over the real-time objects) and Texts (Placing custom instructions over the real-time objects)
File sharing:
Share contents such as documents, images, etc along with annotations during the live AR video calling for better assistance for the customers.
Screen freeze:
Technicians allow customer to freeze the screens for their convenience and also to focus more on the details for better results.
Session feedback:
Jot down notes and thoughts during the session which you can reference back later.
Initiate and schedule sessions:
Agents can initiate a quick session and share the Join Now link to the customer. Sessions can also be scheduled based on convenience.
