The onthehouse.com.au Property Values app provides a range of information that the home owner, investor, property enthusiast or real estate agent will find invaluable. The application gives you access to a wealth of property information including FREE property data on every property in Australia (over 12.5million) not just the properties currently for sale or rent.
With the onthehouse.com.au property values app you will have access to descriptive property profiles, comparable properties for sale and recently sold, property sold history and onthehouse.com.au Calculated Estimates. This information will give you an informed view on the property market and area you are interested in, and aids your property research.

Calculated Estimates
Calculated Estimates are an automated calculated value estimate on the property displayed in the profile report. The Calculated Estimates re based on information that is available to us at the time of calculation, including location, recent sales and other market influencing factors.
Property profile report
Displays available information on the actual property, this may include images, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, number of car spaces, land size, plus additional information for the property as available.
Property Sold History
Actual recorded sold history on individual properties – what it sold for, when it sold and the type of sale.
Comparable Properties
Comparative report on an individual property including comparative listings for sale and comparative recently sold properties. View other properties in the area that are similar to this one.

Calculated Estimates are an automated calculated value estimate on the property displayed in the profile report. The Calculated Estimates re based on information that is available to us at the time of calculation, including location, recent sales and other market influencing factors.

This update fixes issues related to 2 scenarios:
1. The language setting on the Apple device is not English. Users will now get a ‘cannot load data’ error message.
2. Google maps is unable to provide a suburb and/or post code. Users will now get a ‘cannot load data’ error message.
