TheOpenSpace Parking mobile app connects your mobile device instantly to the cloud so you can check real-time space availability by parking location.
Navigation with ease
On the app home screen, you'll find a list of all available parking spaces at your facilities. Your Home screen not only displays the number of available parking spaces in a location, but also the distance from your current location, and the location on the map. Need directions? Just tap Route to open the location on Google Maps. You can also search for the name of a provider from the homescreen.

Tap Route to open the location on Google Maps and to obtain directions. You can edit the location name as required.
Smart color coding
We've madeit eveneasier to spot available parking spaces with our smart color-coding system. The Available Spaces totals display in Green, Yellow, or Red, with the percentage of availability per color code configurable by your provider. For example, green would typically indicate the parking location has plenty of space. Yellow typically would indicate the parking lot has significant occupancy, and Red, would mean that there are very few remaining spaces.
Location full?
Whenalocation is full or nearly full, the app reflects the current status, ensuring you never waste time searching for a spot that doesn't exist
