ORSTAT saves significant time and costs surrounding the hospital operating room turnover process by communicating with Housekeeping, Nursing, Anesthesiology, Surgeons, Administrators and Coordinators in order to schedule personnel for Hospital OR Turnovers. ORSTAT keeps personnel accountable for on-time performance through generating on-time reports for OR rooms, teams and individuals.

ORSTAT alerts OR staff upon the start of a turnover, requires staff to accept their respective tasks, notifies staff of start times and completion times, requires staff to mark their tasks as "started" and "completed". A robust web portal generates specific reports on the on-time performance of individual staff, teams (housekeeping, anesthesia, nursing) or individual rooms.
