In this minimalistic game, tokens fall into vertical columns, but you do not move them directly. Instead, you operate gate switches above the stacks that guide each token’s path left or right, requiring quick thinking and precise timing.
The playing field features 5 to 7 columns acting as stacks where tokens land. Tokens vary by number or symbol and appear in a controlled, progressively faster sequence. Your goal is to prevent overflow by skillfully toggling 1 to 3 gate switches to redirect tokens before they cross a key decision line, locking their destination column. Mistimed switching or full columns result in failure.
After landing, tokens merge with identical neighbors in their column, combining into higher-level tokens. Chains of merges trigger combos that multiply scores. Advanced merges include triple merges and wildcard tokens, adding depth and complexity over time.
Game modes include Survival (last as long as possible), Score (reach a target), Merge Quota (complete merges), and Daily (a unique fixed challenge). Difficulty grows with faster token drops, more columns, increased merge complexity, and limits on gate switches.
