About Patient 00

In the year 2020, in the search for a cure, Dr. Zhivago ends up not eradicating a virus but instead creates a new disease which in turn creates patient zero. Play as patient zero to infect the world with your new found disease. The disease has mutated and you are to fight to become the king of zombies.
