Game ini dikemas dalam cerita tentang seorang fisikawan bernama Den yang terlempar ke masa yang berbeda karena kesalahan dalam percobaan mesin waktu.

Dalam perjalanannya membangun ulang mesin waktu di masa itu fisikawan tersebut sangat kesusahan karena masih banyak alat yang belum ditemukan. Untungnya dia mengetahui cara membuat semua alat yang dibutuhkan dan sekaligus menyempurnakannya agar dapat digunakan untuk kembali ke masa sekarang.
