About Plan2Play Bridge
Plan2Play Bridge is an easy to use app that works with Twilio to send and receive SMS messages and make and receive voice calls to help Membership Organizations keep track of all their members, leads and prospects in one place.
Bridge works with your own Twilio number and is fully integrated into the Plan2Play ARC CRM - making it easy to know who you are communicating with. With AI enabled communication we help you close more deals and impact more clients.

-Personal but automated - Initiate a conversation with automation but continue 1 on 1 with personal conversations once your lead or prospect responds

-Unread message notifications
-Ability to update CRM records and make comments on leads, prospects or members
This application does not store any of your data but does require a Plan2Play ARC account to connect with Twilio.
