It is a simple tool for organisations which want to better record and understand the difference they make. It's especially strong at capturing and finding unintended or hidden consequences of your work.
The Impact Assessment App is used by frontline workers to record what the people they are helping say about the help they are receiving. This can take the form of text, video, photo or audio clip. It also captures a measure of how they are feeling.
It works alongside a browser based web application where you can view aggregated data, charts and visualisations to gain insight into how your staff help people. You can also identify issues and view recorded media.
By aggregating the data, organisations can discover the wider consequences of their work, and use this to inform and influence decision makers, funders and those commissioning services.

With this update we have added one feature: you can now make a note.
We have also streamlined how you add impact by allowing you to choose a project at the start of the day or session. Adding a new person is now on one page, not three.
