QwickPoints

QwickPoints is a loyalty app. This app would initiate the reward on the till at the store with a QR code scan.

The app would instantly show the reward collected and the transaction detailing items. The cashier would automatically be notified if a reward is available and to apply if consented by the customer. The app would display to the customer if a reward is available.

At participating stores points are awarded for the money that you spend at the store. The points are then collected and turned back into rewards by reducing the total you have to pay in the next transaction.

Each retailer/Store may set their own levels of points to reward for your spend. Similarly each retailer/Store will set the value for each point where collection of multiple points would result in a fix or flexible reward to be claimed at the next transaction.

The retailer may from time to time promote some items through the app as double points, for example, and the Retailer will have access to your email and phone number. It is free to Download and easy to use:

• Register your details and start the account.
• Visit a participating store and whilst at the till at any point during the transaction scan the QR barcode shown on the customer screen or on the receipt.
• Your transaction will be recognized automatically and eligible points credited immediately to your account.
• You may do the same from different participating retailers but they may or may not be part of the same group. If they are not, each group will be shown and points collected from the relevant groups will be shown separately.
• Separate groups operate independently and you cannot merge points as one.
• Points turn to rewards and levels of rewards are set by the Retailer.
• When you have collected enough points the app will inform you next time you are shopping to redeem the reward.
• The Cashier will also know that you have a reward to claim when you scan the transaction QR barcode from the app.
• If you redeem then the app will immediately show you the same.
• Note that the app is mobile network dependent and may not necessarily be live.
• If you redeem then your account will show the same.
