2. Max attack speed change
- When the attack speed of the tower is less than 0.1, there was a problem that lag occurred to the extent that it was difficult to proceed with the game.
- For smooth game progress, the maximum attack speed of the tower has been modified so that even if buffs are applied, the tower's maximum attack speed will not be less than 0.1.
