Different features will allow you to follow your progress: In your application, you can access to your dashboard.

Get back in shape, create your own sports routine, lose weight, work on your cardio, strengthen your muscles, get into sports, feel good about your body, for all these objectives. RE:AL Athlete accompanies you through various training programs that you can do at home, outdoors, at the gym, with equipment and body weight.
Each exercise is explained with an explanatory video (more than 500 video exercises) of the movement, the number of repetitions to be done, the load to be used and the rest time to be taken.

In your planning you will be able to add your own sports and nutritional programs.

In addition, you will also have access to a load calculator in your session and you will be able to add notes so that your coach can keep track of your progress, your feelings and your difficulties.

Thanks to the statistics tracking module, analyzing your evolution and progress over the short, medium and long term (evolution of weight, BMI, calories/carbohydrates/lipids/macronutrients/proteins
consumed) allow RE:AL Athlete to follow you and challenge you to continue your efforts.

REAL Performance offers within the application two monthly subscription offers (1 month).

The subscription is automatically renewed if not canceled at least 24 hrs before the end of the current subscription. Your account will be charged for the next subscription period until 24 hours before the expiration of the current subscription. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by changing your Apple account settings. By subscribing, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
