Renault Port, the digital face of Renault presented to its customers. In short, our mobile application that provides an easy personalized experience.
So what is in this application?
You can make a service appointment by seeing the available times of authorized dealers.
The status of your vehicle in the service can be monitored and you can receive a notification when the service process of your vehicle is over.
You can start the purchasing process by seeing the vehicle stocks on the internet from the application.
You can track your Renault Finans loan and apply for a new loan.
You can follow the service history of your vehicle.
You can view information about your vehicle.
You can access Authorized Dealer / Service information.
You can contact Renault Diyalog on any subject and chat live.
You can access special offers and request a test drive.
You can store and manage documents like insurance, license, etc.
You can look at Renault's current models and news.
If you have more than one vehicle, you can add it and get a service appointment for each one separately.
You can look at the meaning of the lights on the instrument panel.

Fixes an issue related to the display of paid credits.
It solves the problem that people who use their phones other than Turkish region options cannot make a service appointment.

- We made a fix for users whose radio code is not displayed.
- We added a warning that those who try to add the vehicle by scanning the barcode, should read the page with the Chassis and Engine number.
- We brought the feature of adding additional comments and additional visuals after opening the feedback and support requests.

Renault Port has been completely renewed for a better experience!
When adding your vehicle to the Port, it is enough to scan the license. Since this feature is at the trial stage, sometimes it may not read the license, in this case you will be able to benefit from our informative texts and videos that make it easier to add with the classical method.
No problem if you haven't received your service appointment from Renault Port. You will be able to start seeing the status of your vehicle in service automatically when you download the Renault Port application and add the vehicle and receive notifications when your vehicle is ready.
On the homepage, you will be able to see our special offers and follow Renault campaigns and news.
Thanks to the new document management, you will be able to add and archive more documents.
With the credit tracking widget on the home page, you will be able to follow your credit instantly and apply for a new loan if you want.
If you think there is wrong information in the features of your vehicle, you will be able to inform us within the application and follow the solution status.
After receiving the radio code, you can use our guide videos to learn how to apply this code in your vehicle.
In particular, users who bought a vehicle from abroad or had a vehicle before 2000 had to contact Renault Diyalog to add their vehicles to the application. Now, in case you cannot add a vehicle in the application, we direct you to a screen where you can instantly create a request and if you open a record, Renault Diyalog will return to you as soon as possible and try to solve your problem.
We have kept our most important update for the end. You can now buy cars from the application. When a special stock is opened for the internet, you will be able to start the purchasing process by viewing them from the application.
We also fixed the iOS 14 compatibility and slowdown problems.

Buz gibi, içinizi ferahlatacak, leziz bir yaz içeceği kıvamında bir güncelleme hazırladık :) Eğer uygulamamızı beğenirseniz bize güzel bir 5 yıldız vermeyi atlamayın; her 5 yıldızda ekipçe kutlama yapıyoruz!
İlk maddemiz her zaman küçük büyük görebildiğimiz ve sizlerden gelen hataları giderdik oluyor. Yine böyle oldu.

Renault'a daha hızlı erişebilin diye Whatsapp hattımızı iletişim sekmesine ekledik.

Size daha özel kampanyalar sunabilmek için, altyapımızı güncelledik. Kişiselleştirilmiş daha fazla kampanya ve hizmet görebileceksiniz. (Pek Yakında)
