NEW Tenants have a problem at the property? No more confusing text messages, calls or emails: your tenants can report an issue at any time using the simple Rentr tap through guide and you receive all the details via the app.
Review reported information, make notes and assign a contractor by email id and Rentr will send them all the information they need straight from the app.
Work complete? Add invoice images and details to the app, and Rentr will include the costs in your property accounts.

Property Accounts Menu
Rentr 2.1 adds more visibility to the depth and detail of your Property Accounts.
For all existing Tenancies where a Landlord has recorded the terms, rent and tenant details, Rentr keeps track of account balances and reminds Landlords when rent is due. Use Rentr accounts to track all your rent payments and expenses.
For new tenancies setup using the Rentr Applications and Agreements forms, Rentr issues rent reminders to Tenants as well as Landlords, and helps you keep track of deposits, payments, and arrears.

Property Advertising
Preview your adverts before they go online. FREE Gumtree advertising for all Rentr landlords until the end of July 2016.

Property Viewings
Easy bookings from Adverts. More information for Tenants prior to viewing the property.
We have made it even easier to apply for a property directly from a Viewing.

Fresh out of Beta with a stack of upgrades!

Install this updated version of Rentr to take advantage of the new features we have introduced.
Some of these will not work with earlier versions of the Rentr app.

UI/UX changes and improvements:

New functionalities:

- Dashboard Home Screen to easily track and click through to areas of the app

- For Landlords:
- Quick Add properties and Existing Tenants
- Right to Rent Checks for new Tenants can be started from the Rentr Applications screen, giving a quick and easy way to comply with the legislation in force since February 2016
- A new Property Management section including Legal Compliance Safety Checks to reflect the new legislation in force since October 2015:
- Entering Safety Checks information into your Property Details is now mandatory, and Rentr gives you prompts and notifications to help you manage your legal obligations
- Introduced Gumtree advertising functionality:
- Enable “Gumtree” and “Advertise property on Rentr” in the 'Marketing' tab of your Property Details to display your property on the next day of the selecting Marketing Date.
- Introduced Insurance (Rent Guarantee and/or Building/Contents) functionality:
- Indicate what Insurance you currently hold using quick switches on the Finance Tab in your Property Details
- Easily add details of existing insurance on the property from there, or through the Insurance Menu
- Simply request a quote for Insurance on the property and Rentr connects you directly to the supplier
- Property Accounts v1.0
- For existing Tenancies: Rentr generates a Landlord-only view of your rent schedule to give you a flavour of the new functionality available to new lets
- For new Tenancies: when contracts are signed, Rentr generates the Rent Schedule to be agreed between you and your Tenants. Rentr issues automated Rent Reminders an allows Tenants to let you know when they have paid your rent, and keep track of all charges for your end of year accounts.

- Rentr Landlords now have up to date advice on property safety checks, following the change in legislation last month.
