How Does Repairtagger Work?
1: Create a ticket
Scan a tag with your device's camera and create a new ticket. Add the customer, select repairs, and optionally add notes and images.
2: Repair the item
Easily view the work order and check off each item as you complete it.
3: Notify the customer
When all of a ticket's repairs are completed and checked off, Repairtagger will ask if you would like to notify the customer. Just tap and an email or text will be composed for you.
4: Pick-up
When the customer arrives, scan the tag. Confirm that the item has been picked up - the ticket is automatically archived and your tag is ready to use on your next repair.

Old Versions
Ticket logs!
We have been keeping ticket logs of most changes made for quite a while now, but up until this point, they could only be looked at by us. We've exposed the ticket log to the app interface! To view it, just tap on the 'Actions' icon when viewing a ticket (or in the ticket list), and you will see the log.
Fixed Issues caused when the network connection is poor
After some feedback, we've realized that a poor network connection can cause some problems when creating tickets or customers. Namely, that if the button is tapped more than once, more than one ticket/customer is created. Sometimes two or three! While we appreciate the app working so hard, we would really prefer that it not do that. You should now see the button disabled, and a progress wheel to let you know that it is working on it.
