What's New in Version 3.4.1:

We've added 'pull to refresh' on the home screen and a button to refresh subscription status on the paywall screen. This prevents the need to close and reopen the app to refresh access.

We've fixed a bug in analytics that was showing an incorrect average resolution value, causing settled, expired, and unsettled values to be less than they should have been.

After creating a complaint, simply tap "Mark as Send to App" in the actions menu and enter the guest's email to add the "Send to App" tag. This way, you can meet your guests where they are and ensure prompt resolution of their issues.

Introducing System Flag: To help you keep an eye on repeat issues, we're unveiling a new system flag feature. Now, when you create a complaint and input a phone number or receipt number that matches a previous complaint at your restaurant, the app will mark it with an outlined red flag. This allows you to easily identify and address multiple complaints from the same guests.

Improved Design & User Experience:
The main screen has undergone a redesign with changes aimed at helping users find complaints faster and better organize them. The filter chips have been simplified, and the filter button has been reintroduced after a significant redesign.

Searching for complaints and resolutions has been improved, fixing a previous issue that hindered users' ability to easily find complaints or resolutions. Empty sections will now be hidden during the search to improve search functionality.

Selecting categories is now faster and easier than ever before.

New Features:
Users can now be a part of multiple workspaces and switch between them, making it easier for multi-unity teams to collaborate. The app now allows users to join Slack from the settings.

Bug Fixes:
If you set the expiration of a complaint to "None", it used to display as "Expires Tonight" and then never expire. However, this is no longer the case; now it will show as "Never Expires". Additionally, the filter chips on the home screen now behave as intended with this feature. Specifically, Complaints with no expiration now appear under "Unsettled" instead of "Expired."

If you were not using Restore on an iPad, it was difficult to distinguish between Items when adding a Resolution. Most of the names would get cut off, making it hard to identify them. Fortunately, this issue has been fixed, and each row will now display the full Item name. While we were at it, we also fixed how prices are displayed so that "$5.5" now displays as "$5.50".

Improvements:
We have added a filter chip on the home screen for "Flagged." This will show you all of your flagged complaints.

Improved Resolution Workflow:
Adding a Resolution just got even easier! We've added filter chips to the search bar that enable easy filtering by Item category. The filters are also arranged in order of the most frequently used category, making it faster to find the right Item.

Revamped Analytics Screen:
The analytics screen is now better than ever! The ability to select a date range has been restored (no pun intended). We've also introduced the ability to see increases and decreases from the previous time frame.

Improved Home Screen:
The home screen is now easier to navigate (again). We've turned the Unsettled, Settled, Expired, and Modified sections into filter chips that you can find conveniently located under the search bar. And to help you focus on what matters most, we've removed the Created Recently and Settled Recently sections entirely. Finally, if there is no phone number attached to a Complaint, it will now display "000-000-0000" instead of "0" for improved readability.

We removed animations that were no longer necessary and cleaned up the shadows.

Minor Bug Fixes:
You might have noticed that tapping on a complaint after dismissing the keyboard from the search bar showed you the wrong complaint's details. We have now fixed this issue and search is running great in all areas of the app.

To help streamline the process, we've implemented filters for resolutions and improved the search function.
