With RetailCRM Mobile you will be able to:
• Communicate with customers from different social networks using only one app. Filter dialogs by channels, managers, tags, and also work with prepared filter templates
• Manage current and new orders. View, enter, and change the data you need
• Keep the customer base at your fingertips. Create, edit customers and view detailed information
• Track business indicators and monitor employee performance using customizable analytics widgets
• Listen to recordings of calls made in the web version, tag them and work with transcripts
• Search and add products or services to orders using a barcode scanner.
• Control balances, view wholesale and retail prices.
• Create tasks and assign them to user groups or a specific manager, comment and tag tasks
• Build optimal delivery routes for couriers and accept payment using a QR code

Now you can work with filter templates in the application – save frequently used filters to speed up work. We have already prepared a couple of useful templates for you in the list of orders, tasks and chats.

Some technical updates:
• We have made support and optimization for iOS 17
• We have stopped supporting iOS 14. The app will continue to work, but will not be updated.

• Dark theme support. Now it's more comfortable to use the app. Simply switch the theme in your phone's settings, and the dark theme will automatically apply to the app.
• Work with integration deliveries. The first approach made viewing information about completed integration deliveries in orders.
• Search by trade offers. Find the right trade offers for an item by name, article or barcode at once.
And there are some more small changes:
• Improved the barcode scanning mechanism, now it's better recognized by the camera.
• Discontinued support for the app on iOS 13 devices. The application will continue to work, but will not be updated.
