• Removed auto-scheduling for instant meetings: When users start an ad-hoc meeting (via Meet Now or Presentation) the meeting will no longer be auto-scheduled into the conference room's calendar resource. This change eliminates the issue where a calendar resource looked free, but was actually reserved just past the next hour or half hour causing confusion for other users trying to reserve the room next.
