About RTA Public Transport
Commuters using Dubai’s public transportation will save time and benefit from the RTA Public Transportation App. This app enables users to apply for a range of NOL services and is iOS-friendly.
The application has a total of 26 transactional, interactive and informational services that fall into the following categories: NOL, Bus, Metro, Tram, and Marine.
App Features:
• Inquire about or top-up your NOL Card balance
• Green Points – offers the ability to gather green points with every mobile transaction you perform
• Apply for personalised NOL Card
• Apply for NOL Special Design Card
• Review transaction history of your NOL Card
• Add a NOL Card
• Track the status of your submitted applications

Starting from 5th January 2018 to mid-year 2019, there will be construction works on rail track for Red Line extension. Your metro journey across Jumeirah Lakes Towers and Ibn Battuta will be replaced by Free Shuttle bus.
