About 3.0

As the New Year officially kicks off, most of us can't help but wonder, "how can we make life simpler this time around"?
Well we've tried to do the heavy lifting for you!
In version 3.0, we have highlighted what days a project ran out of range in comparison to days where your project ran at normal efficiency.
We want you to be able to focus solely on where the problems are, so overtime you can truly improve project performance.
Lastly we were feeling lots of holiday cheer, so we packed in a bunch of extra goodies for the New Year Release!
A quick thank you to out entire user community, We told you the same thing last year, but it really only does become more true with time ~~~ we couldn't have gotten here without you!!

• On the main projects+ page, tap the date field in the top right corner and select the day you want to see which projects were running
• We show you the total number of projects that were running on each day of the month

• You can now automatically add a widget directly to a colleagues widget page, by choosing to "force share" the widget
• Hide the projects that are not relevant to you in projects+, by tapping the ellipsis on any project card; bring them back anytime via project+ settings

• NEW "projected drop off" time will inform you when to expect the last load to arrive at the job site

We understand the importance behind an efficiently run project. Being able to quickly gauge the overall health of a project, can determine financial success, ability to meet deadlines, employee productivity and so much more. Which is why we have made health the primary theme of 2.7.0.

We wanted to come up with a way that you could instantaneously gauge the overall health of any project you care about on a day to day basis; lo and behold. . ."THE PULSE"!

"The Pulse" is essentially a scoring system. On every Project+ card you'll now see a pulse rating that allows you to better understand the current state a project is in. Look at it as a way of measuring how efficiently or inefficiently your drivers are running their loads between the plant and the job site. Jobs in poor health are an indication that some drivers are lagging behind in comparison to the best round times of the day.

When we present you with a new feature and the the first thing we hear is, "we want to see more!" ~~~ well that's like music to our ears!

Ever since introducing Project+, we heard the same thing across the board, "how can I look at projects+ data in the past?" Well for starters, you can download 2.7.0. . .that's how!

Just a few weeks after first presenting you with Project+, we are giving you the keys to look at historical data. Easily evaluate how a project was operating for any day in the past. The best part is we let you know the "pulse" for each day a project was operational, so you can easily focus on where problems may have arose. We even show you the overall "pulse" from one month to the next.

We were having so much fun building, we decided to include a host of other features and improvements based on your feedback.

What’s New


• The NEW "pulse" widget is the first thing you'll probably notice. . .it classifies active projects into 1 of 3 health buckets: looking healthy, could be better, or poor health
• Tap on any of the health buckets on the pulse widget to filter by projects you want to take a closer look at
• We show you the number of projects for the previous day that fell into each health bucket, so you can easily see how things compare to the previous day
• When looking at the project+ chart details, click the date picker to access historical data for any day in the past that project was operational
• The historical calendar allows you to see the closing days pulse, so you can easily drill-in to the days that needed attention
• You'll also find the overall pulse for the entire month, quickly allowing you to see how one month compared to the next
• All projects with a target now live in the set list, while projects with no target will remain in the not set list
• Set targets are now global for your company; all users see the same target that was last set and who last modified the target
• In the same place you enter your target we've dded a new tab called "Change History"; it is here you can see the history of anyone who has set or modified the target; along with how far off they were from their initial goal
• You can now "exclude" a single load by swiping from right to left on any row within any of the project+ charts
• Excluded rows will show a line across them, and can be brought back by again swiping from right to left to "include" the load
• Project+ cards now include customer name, material type, and plant name
• Changing material type filter in the top 50 widget details area, will reflect in the totals shown on the large widget on your dashboard
• Active customer and plant cards now show a daily chart instead of a yearly chart
• Tool-tips will now help you better understand the "choose your experience" options in your user profile (admins only)
• We've incorporated new icons that we feel better represent the core areas of SalesSlip; they also fit with how cool our users are
